One of our favorite meals to cook fresh, or from-frozen, are these delicious crock pot pork chops. This makes a fall-apart-tender chop that is loaded with flavor.

It’s true comfort food and so easy to put together in the slow cooker.

First, spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Now evenly arrange your choice of pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour the gravy over the pork chops.

Put the lid on your slow cooker and and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or, on low for 6 to 7 hours, until chops are fully cooked and fork tender.

Your crock pot pork chops are done when the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

Recipe Tips

You can use any type of pork chops that you have on hand for this recipe. I usually choose a boneless pork chop, but bone-in is also perfectly delicious.

If you’d like to turn this into a freezer meal, simply whisk-up the gravy mixture and place it in a gallon freezer bag along with your raw pork chops.

Press out as much air as possible, and seal the bag carefully. Store flat in the freezer.

When you’re ready to prepare the dish, thaw the bag in the refrigerator the night before.

I usually put it in a large bowl just in case there are any leaks in the thawing process. Place thawed contents of the bag in the crock pot and follow the regular cooking directions on this post.

We typically serve crock pot pork chops with mashed potatoes (instant mashed potatoes if I’m in a real hurry! No shame in that game) and a canned vegetable like green beans or carrots.
